FEMI ODUGBEMI

FEMI ODUGBEMI- is a Nigerian documentary filmmaker, Screenwriter, cinematographer, director, producer and photographer in Lagos State, Nigeria. CEO of Zuri 24media. He has scripted, directed and produced documentaries, short films and drama.  He produced Tinsel, a Nigerian soap opera that began airing in August 2008 acclaimed “the most successful television drama on Nigerian television in recent times” in 2013. He has cemented his reputation as one of the top TV drama Producers in Africa with the 2018 TV series BATTLEGROUND which drew massive viewership across the continent with over 400 episodes. He Co-founded the IREPRESENT International Documentary Film Festival Lagos which has pursued with vigour its theme of “Africa in self conversation” by championing films and stories from Africa, about Africa and by Africans. PROF.AHMED PARKER YERIMA

PROF.AHMED PARKER YERIMA- He is a Nigerian academic, professor playwright and theater director. He was director-general of the Nigerian National Theatre, and has previously served as director of the National Troupe. He is a professor of Theater and Performing Arts and has been dean of the College of Humanities, Redeemer’s University since 2013. Yerima’s play, “Hard Ground”, won the drama category of the 2007 Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas literary prize. The play later went on a country-wide tour. Though Yerima wrote on different genres of literature but most of his works are historical plays. Prominent among these are plays include The Trials of Oba Ovonramwen, Attahiru, Ameh Oboni the Great, The Angel, The Twist, Uncle Venyil, The Bishop and the Soul, The Wives, The Mirror Cracks, The Lottery Ticket, Kaffir’s Last Game, The Sisters, Mojagbe, Little Drops, Heart of Stone, Yemoja, Orisa Ibeji, Otaelo, Hard Ground, Song of a Goat, and Wedlock of the gods.

JAHMAN ANIKULAPO

Toki Mabogunje

TOKI MABOGUNJE is a business development consultant focused on enterprise growth across Africa. Her core interests include value chain development, project financing, strategic management, and business advisory services.

With a diverse background in both the public and private sectors, Toki has gained valuable insights into business operations in Nigeria and globally. She serves as the Vice Chair for Africa of the World Chamber Federation and is the immediate Past President of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI). Her board memberships include organizations such as Shelter Origins (housing NGO), Convention on Business Integrity (CBi), and the Sickle Cell Foundation Nigeria. Toki has held various leadership roles, including Former Vice President of the Nigerian Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (NASME) and Trustee of the Association of Nigeria Women Business Network (ANWBN).

Passionate about societal impact, Toki has received numerous awards, including the Outstanding Volunteer Award from Fate Foundation in 2003 and the Mentor of the Year Award from Idea Builders & Vital Voices in 2009. She actively mentors young entrepreneurs through programs with Women in Successful Careers (WISCAR) and the Federal Government’s YOUWIN program. Toki has also developed mentoring initiatives at LCCI.

A creative soul, Toki co-authored a poetry anthology titled The Duet with her son, performed to support the Sickle Cell Foundation. She was recognized as the World Theatre Day Personality and Cultural Ambassador in 2014 by the National Association of Nigerian Theatre Practitioners (NANTAP), and her work with The Duet was supported by the British Council during the Lagos Theatre Festival in 2016.
